SGM8005J series is an automotive grade eMMC used in automotive front-end systems, supporting eMMC 5.1 data transfer mode, and has passed the International Association of Automotive Electronics AEC-Q100 Grade 2 automotive specification verification standard, operating stably in -40℃~+105℃ environment, meeting the extreme harsh working environment requirements of automotive grade, and is ideal for automotive applications as well as other industrial portable products.
